通过对同济大学校区、周边社区、产业园区"三区"发展之间现实状况的考察,指出"三区融合、联动发展"是结合杨浦区资源特点提出的发展思路,符合国际上大学与城市互动健康发展的诸多成功经验,为杨浦区未来继续在"科教兴市,科教兴国"战略上有所作为,并在上海市整体发展中担当重要角色提供了良好基础。"三区"联动发展需要与国家宏观经济相结合,把握社会需求,服务社会,并成为城市健康发展的有机组成部分。

Based on the study of developmerit status of industry and community around Tongji University, this paper points out that it is an effectual way for Yangpu District to develop by blending triple functions together, and this way is in accord with the international successful experience of the well-liking development between the urban and the university, Further more, this development way offers a perfect framework for Yangpu District to do better on the mplementing of national develop strategy and to play an important role in the Shanghal metropolis development. Finally, this paper points out that triple-functions-interaction development model should combine the need of the nationa the need of the city. macro-economy and At the same time. the spacial carrier of triple-functions will be the organic part of the whole urban.
