摘要
野罂粟蒴果水煎剂,灌胃给药,能显著延长小鼠氨水引咳潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;提高电刺激猫喉上神经引咳阈电压;延长豚鼠组织胺引喘潜伏期,减少发生抽搐动物的比率。对离体气管平滑肌有明显松弛作用。
Results of experiment in animal shown that oral intake of the decoction of capsules of Papaver nudicaule L. can obviously decrease the frequency of cough induecd by ammonium hydroxide, prolong its latent period in mice, increase the threshold valtage of cough induced by stimulated suprathoat nerve in cats, prolong the latent period of asthma and decrease the ratio of twiched animals induced by histamine in guinea pigs. It also obviously relaxed smooth muscule of isolated trachea of guinea pigs.
