摘要
介绍了GJB 4239《装备环境工程通用要求》发布以来在促进人们对环境适应性和装备环境工程认识的提高和"环境试验与观测"专业技术平台的建设等方面发挥的重大作用,分析了GJB 4239标准本身存在的一些问题和贯彻实施中遇到的问题,提出修订该标准和有利于GJB 4239贯彻实施等方面的一些措施和建议。
The important roles of GJB 4239 of promoting the cognition of environmental worthiness and materiel environmental engineering, as well as the construction of technologic platform of ＂Environmental Test and Observation Specialty＂ was introduced. The deficiencies of the standard and the barrier for the implementation of this standard were put forward. Suggestions for revising and better implementing the standard were putforward.
