Considerations on Improving Service Functions of "Environment Test and Observation" Specialty for Materiel

阐述了环境试验与观测专业的内涵、环境工程提出的背景。指出了目前专业服务型号存在基础数据积累有待加强、环境试验与评价技术手段尚需完善。提出了强化数据资源建设、完善国防科技工业环境试验与观测网、大力开展关键技术攻关,促进专业进一步服务型号的设想。

The connotation of environment test and observation specialty and the background of environmental engineering were described. The existing shortages in applying the specialty to serve materiel development were analyzed, which included the weakness of basic data accumulation, and the deficiencies in environmental test technologies and instrumentation. Some considerations on improving service function of the specialty were put forward, which were to strengthen accumulation of data, to improve environmental test and observation network of national defense science and technology industry, and to develop key techniques.
