某枪族研制中的铝合金机匣表面处理工艺研究

摘要 为了提高新研枪械铝合金机匣的耐环境变色性能,分析了相似型号铝合金阳极氧化有机着色机匣变色的环境影响因素及变色原因,提出了新研枪械铝合金机匣的环境技术要求及改进设计措施。经拉萨和万宁户外暴露1年的自然环境验证试验表明,设计改进后的阳极氧化和PECC处理工艺的铝合金机匣可以解决铝合金机匣的变色问题。 In order to improve light fastness of aluminum alloy rifle casing of a new brand of rifle, the environmental influencing factors and color degradation reason of similar aluminum alloy rifle casing were analyzed. The environmental worthiness requirement and improved design measure of aluminum alloy rifle casing were put forward. The samples were exposed on Lasa and Wanning test stations for one year. The results showed that the improvement of anodic oxidation and PECC technology can solve the color degradation of aluminum alloy rifle casing.
