参麦注射液对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变疗效的实验分析 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]观察参麦注射液对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效,探讨其作用机制。[方法]采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型,分为模型组、参麦注射液治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组、阳性对照药(消渴丸治疗)组,并设正常对照组。糖尿病大鼠造模成功后予参麦注射液早期干预,开始给药6周后将模型组和正常组比较神经电生理参数、血清抗神经节苷脂抗体(anti-GS-ab)水平,观察各组神经超微结构的变化。[结果]治疗后参麦组神经传导速度明显高于消渴丸组与模型组(P<0.05),参麦高剂量组优于低剂量组(P<0.05);治疗后参麦组血清anti-GS-ab水平明显低于其他各组(P<0.05),参麦高剂量组anti-GS-ab低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。[结论]参麦注射液对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的疗效,可能是通过调节自身免疫功能机制发挥作用。 [Objective] To observe the cure effect of Shenmai Injection on rats diabetes peripheral neuropathy and explore its mechanism. [Method] Take STZ DM rats models, divide them into model group, treatment groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ with Shenmai Injection, and positive control group(with Xiaoke Pill),set a normal control group. Make early intervention to rats diabetes model with Shenmai Injection;after administering 6w, compare model group with normal group on neural electrophysiological parameters and anti-GS-ab level,observe the super-micro neural structural changes. [Result] After treatment, the neural conduction speed in Shenmai group was much higher than Xiaoke Pill group and model group(P^0.05),and high-dosage group was higher than low-dosage group(P d0.05) ;the serum anti-GS-ab level in Shenmai group was much lower than other groups(P〈0.05), and high-dosage group was lower than low-dosage group(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Shenmai Injection has good cure effect on rats diabetes peripheral neuropathy,its function may be through adjusting self-immune function.
