Determination of Geniposide of pulvis San Zi by HPLC

用高效液相色谱法测定蒙成药三子散中栀子甙的含量。采用003柱,流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸氢二钠一甲醇(80:20)(PH为6.88),检测波长240nm,以峰面积测定栀子甙的含量,平均回收率100.9％,相对标准差RSD为1.04％,此方法具有准确、灵敏、快速等优点。

This paper reported the determination of Geniposide of pulvis San Zi by HPLC. Using a column ULTRAPSERETM-ODS; mobil plase (0.05mol Na2HPO4-methanol (80 : 20) (pH = 6.88):flow rate 1.2ml/ min. Deletion was made at 240mn.This method is simple, rapid sensitive and has a good linearit. The average recovery of Geniposide is 100.9%, cv is 1.04%.
