经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术围手术期出血的防治

Prevention and Treatment to Bleeding in Peri-operation of Plasm TURP by Urethra and Prostate

[目的]探讨良性前列腺增生症(BPH)经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术围手术期出血的有效防治。[方法]采用经尿道前列腺等离子体电切治疗良性前列腺增生症80例,其中40例患者术前服用非那雄胺;对照组40例术前未服非那雄胺。对围手术期出血的有效防治进行分析。[结果]服药组与对照组两组术中出血量比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]使用非那雄胺,能使前列腺内血管生成受到抑制,有效的减少经尿道等离子体电切术中出血量。

[Objective] To explore the effective method for bleeding in peri--operation of plasm TURP of BPH by urethra and prostate. [Method] Take the said method to 80 cases, among which 40 in treatment group take Finasteride 5m g,1 times/d before operation, 7- 10d, compared with the control one 40 cases; make analysis to effective prevention of bleeding in peri-operation. [Result] There＇s marked meaning in comparison of both groups（P〈0. 05）. C Conelusion Finasteride can inhibit vessel production in prostate. The study proves it can effectively reduce the bleeding in plasm TURP by urethra.
