中西医结合治疗异位妊娠56例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 56 Cases of Ectopic Pregnancy Treated with TCM and WM(Western Medicine)

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。[方法]选取异位妊娠患者56例,且β-HCG<2000IU/L,B超提示盆腔包块<40mm,予甲氨喋呤按肌注,辅以中药口服,每周复查β-HCG直至正常。[结果]56例患者中,其中1例患者治疗过程中突发腹痛,急诊手术,另外55例均好转出院,其中1月内β-HCG均降至正常者31例,其余24也均降至100IU/L以下。[结论]中西医结合治疗异位妊娠可以使患者免于手术切除病变组织,对于有生育要求的患者不失为有效措施。

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of combination of TCM and WM on ectopic pregnancy. [Method] Select 56 cases with β-HCG〈2000 IU/L, the B-ultrasonic test showing pelvic mass 〈40mm,given methotrexate 50mg/kg for muscle injection, coordinated with oral taking TCM, examed β-HCG weekly until normal. [Result] Among them,1 had sudden bellyache during the course for emergency operation; other 55 were cured and left hospital. Within one month, 31 cases had normal β-HCG; Other 24 all decreased to below 100IU/L. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM treating eetopic pregnancy can avoid operation for removing lesion tissues, it is an effective method for patients with pregnant needs, can be promoted for application.
