宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变106例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 106 Cases of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treated with Electrical Loop Resection

[目的]探讨宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。[方法]106例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者接受宫颈电环切除术,并进行临床分析。[结果]术后7d阴道流血者占10.6%。术后3～5d换药时可见创面形成—层胶冻样白膜,1个月后宫颈光滑的70例,2个月后宫颈恢复自然状态的101例。随访至2008年6月有3例复发。[结论]宫颈电环切除术对宫颈上皮内瘤变有较好的临床疗效。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of electrical loop resection on treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. [Method] 106 cases accepted the resection;made clinical analysis. [Result] 7 days after operation, 10.6% had vaginal bleeding; 3 - 5 days, a layer of jelly-like white film was on the trauma surface; after 1m, 70 had smooth uterus neck; after 2m, 101 recovered normal uterus neck. After being followed up to June, 2008, 3 had recurrence. [Conclusion] Cervical electrical loop resection has good clinical effect on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
