辨证治疗老年抑郁症30例临床疗效观察

Treat Senile Depression 30 Cases by Differentiation of Signs

[目的]探讨中医药辨证治疗老年抑郁症的有效措施。[方法]对30例老年抑郁症患者按中医辨证分为肝气郁结型、心脾两虚型、脾肾阳虚型、心阴亏虚型,分别给与疏肝解郁、补益心脾、温肾健脾、滋阴解郁治疗。[结果]治愈16例,显效6例,好转3例,无效5例,总有效率83%。[结论]中医药辨证治疗老年抑郁症疗效确切。

[Objective] To discuss the effective measures for TCM to treat senile depression. [Method] Divide 30 cases of senile depression into types of pent--up emotion of liver Qi, both deficiency of heart and spleen, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and heart Yin deficiency, treated respectively by relieving liver to remove depression, notifying heart and spleen, warming kidney to strengthen spleen and nourishing Yin to relieve depression. [Result]16 cases were cured, 6 had marked effect, 3 were better, 5 no effect, the total effective rate 83 %. [Conclusion] It shows that TCM has definite cure effect on senile depression by differentiation of signs.
