摘要
通过单因素试验研究了生物絮凝吸附+生物接触氧化组合式一体化工艺对城市污水悬浮物SS、化学需氧量COD、氨氮NH3-N、总氮TN、总磷TP的去除效能和机理。试验结果表明:在组合工艺的较优运行条件下,装置对SS、COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为88.7%、89.3%、87.9%、73.4%、58.8%,可以使除磷外的所有指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B标准。其中生物絮凝吸附段对总氮的去除率为52.7%,生物接触氧化段对总氮的去除率为43.9%,本文即是对装置除氮机理的探讨。
The removal efficiency and mechanism of sewage SS, COD, NH3-N, TN, TP was studied through the single factor experiment of strength bio-flocculation + bio-eontact oxidation combined technics. The results showed that: under the optimum operating conditions of combination technics, the average removal rate of SS, COD, NH3-N, TN, TP were 88.7%, 89.3%, 87.9%, 73.4%, 58.8% respectively, excepted phosphorus all indexes could reach the level B of first standard of 《The concentration of available discharged effluent from wastewater treatment plant in town》 (GB 18918-2002). In which, the total nitrogen removal rate of bio-flocculation and adsorption was 52.7%, the total nitrogen removal rate of bio-eontact oxidation was 43.9%, the removal mechanism of nitrogen was discussed in this paper..
