This paper studies influencing factors of gel time of air-dried DCPD-type unsaturated polyester coatings, including unsaturated polyester acid value, use amount of styrene, accelerator and initiator and type and use amount of pigment and filler; and offers reference for practical manufacture and use of unsaturated polyester coatings.
