摘要
对国内膜分离技术用于澄清食醋的研究进行综述,提出了其应用中存在的问题和建议,并对其实现工业化、提高国际竞争力进行了展望。
The application of membrane technology in vinegar clarification of China was summarized in this paper. It is outlined the problem and suggestion as to its application, which predicted the broad development prospect to improve the intemational competitiveness and realize industrialization.
