摘要
以聚醚多元醇(N210)为软段、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂,合成了环氧树脂(E44)改性水性聚氨酯复合乳液。分别利用FTIR、DSC、TG、X-射线衍射等对聚合物的结构进行了分析和表征。
The epoxy resin (E44) modified waterborne polyurethane complex emulsion is formulated with polyether polyol(N210) as soft block, 2, 4 -toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as hard block, and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender. The strutcture of the obtained polymer is characterized and analyzed by FTIR,DSC,TG,X - ray and et al.
