中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎46例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine on Gouty Arthritis,A Report of 46 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:92例患者随机分为两组。治疗组46例采用西药治疗配合中药通痹利湿汤,对照组46例单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组治愈25例,好转19例,无效2例,总有效率为95.7%;对照组治愈18例,好转13例,无效15例,总有效率为67.4%,两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎,取长补短,可提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of combination of TCM with western medicine on gouty arthritis. Method： 92 cases were divided into two groups randomly. 46 cases in the treatment group were treated by western medicine and Decoction of Getting through Palsy to Eliminate Damp, and 46 cases in the control group were treated by western medicine only. Result： In the treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 19 cases were effec- tive, and 2 cases were ineffective. And the total effective rate was 95.7%. In the control group, 18 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, and 15 cases were ineffective. And the total effective rate was 67.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine on gouty arthritis can make up for each other＇s deficiencies and improve curative effect.
