摘要
福建某钨矿是花岗岩型和细脉型含钼的黑、白钨矿床。原矿含WO_30.25%,其中白钨矿中WO_3占41.35%、黑钨矿中WO_3占55.88%。采用钼浮选—脱硫浮选—黑白钨混合浮选—钨粗精矿重选流程,获得钨精矿1含WO_3 66.66%、WO_3回收率74.57%,钨精矿2含WO_3 39.24%、WO_3回收率16.58%,同时获得钼粗精矿含钼12.21%、钼回收率77.63%。
The ore, dealt with in this paper, is a certain tungsten ore in Fujian province, China. The deposit,containing scheelite, wolframite and molybdenite, is granitic and joint vein type. The content ot WO3 in the run-of-mine ore is 0.25%, in which scheelite have the percentage of 41.35%, and wolframite have the percentage of 55.88%. The flowsheet used in the test is molybdenite flotation, sulfide flotation, tungsten ore flotation, and gravity separation for concentrate in tungsten ore flotation. The experiment result showed that the grade of first tungsten concentrate is 66.66% WO3, and the recovery is 74.57%, and the grade of second tungsten concentrate is 39.24% WI3, and the recovery is 16.58%, in addition, the grade of molybdenite concentrate is 12.21% Mo, and the recovery is 77.63%
