降低某铅锌矿浮选尾水pH值工业试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 此次工业试验是在不停产、不改变现场生产流程结构条件下进行的。停用铅浮选石灰、乙硫氮等药剂,在铅粗选、铅扫选Ⅰ、扫选Ⅱ改用GY,铅精选Ⅲ添加硫酸锌和(少量)GY;锌粗选加入硫酸铜、丁基黄药及松醇油,锌扫选Ⅰ加入硫酸铜、丁基黄药、松醇油。用GY代替乙硫氮、松醇油选铅,取消了原工艺所用石灰,不降低产品的质量,每年还可节约成本67.755万元。尾水的pH值降至7左右,满足了环保排放的要求,对建设环境友好型社会具有重大的意义。 This test being on situation while do not stop produce and do not change the structure of production flow. Discontinuation of floating chemicals including CaO and Ethyl Thio Carbamate in rougher flotation, append ZnSO4 and a littler GY in one time of roughing, switch to GY in two time roughing, and Pb cleaning; Append CuSO4, butyl xanthate and pine camphor oil in Pb grab picking. Using GY instead of Ethyl Thio Carbamate, pine camphor oil to picking Pb. Stop use CaO, not only keep the quality but also save 677.55 thousand RMB per year. The Ph of tail water reduce to 7, meet require of environment protection, will have great significance for development of an environment-friendly society.
