介绍了马钢第二炼铁总厂烧结烟气排放现状及烟气主要特点,分析对比了目前国内外主流烧结烟气脱硫工艺的技术特点,详细介绍奥钢联公司的MEROS烧结烟气脱硫工艺的工艺流程和技术特点,为国内其它钢铁企业处理烧结烟气提供技术参考。
This paper introduces the characteristic and the present emission situation of the second iron factory of Ma＇anshan Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd. Analyze and compare the characteristics of the main sinter flue gas desulphurization treatment method civil and abroad. Introduces in detail the craft and technology characteristics of MEROS sinter flue gas desulphurization of SIEMENS-VAI, and gives civil iron and steel industry an example to deal with sinter flue gas contamination.
