北京城市总体规划对高等职业院校空间布局调整的影响

Influence of City Planning on Space Distribution Adjustment of Higher Vocational Schools in Beijing

结合北京高等职业院校空间分布的现状,利用系统论观点分析北京城市总体规划与北京高等职业院校空间布局调整之间的内在关系,借用全球区位论的理论阐述北京高等职业院校空间布局调整的战略,认为：应对现有的高等职业院校进行优化调整;新增高等职业院校要向新城区、新产业聚集区倾斜;对城乡结合部、农村、山区应考虑设立为农村劳动力转移服务的分校或服务中心。

Combining the situation of higher vocational schools distribution in Beijing, the essay analyzed the relationship between whole city planning and distribution adjustment of higher vocational schools ap- plying system view, and explained distribution adjustment strategy of higher vocational schools in Beijing referring global location theory, and the conclusions are： present higher vocational schools should be opti- mized and adjusted; new higher vocational schools should be inclined to new city zone and conglomera- tion area of new industries; considerate to set up sub-school and service center serving for rural workforce transformation in country, mountainous area arid combination zone of city and country.
