摘要
近年来我国中等职业教育规模和数量取得了长足的发展,师资队伍能否满足职业教育事业发展的需要,需要进行科学的调查和研究。为此,课题组对我国中部三省的中等职业学校师资队伍进行了抽样调查,对教师来源与结构、“双师型”教师、兼职教师和近三年教师流动情况等,从学历、职称、年龄等多个角度进行了系统地分析,并对调研结论进行了详细的解读,从而反映我国中部三省中等职业学校师资队伍发展的现状和存在的问题。
In recent years, the scale and the of China's secondary vocational education have achieved huge development, and whether the teaching staff can meet its development needs demand scientific in- vestigation and research. To this end, the research group carried out random checks on teachers of sec- ondary vocational schools in three provinces in central China, and analyzed the teacher Structure and source, "dual-qualification" teachers, part-time teachers and movements of teachers in last three years from the perspective of education degree, job title and age, and carried out a detailed interpretation for the survey so as to reflect the state and problems of teaching staff in secondary vocationa'l schools of the three provinces in central region of China.
