北京民办高等职业教育发展现状研究

On Development Situation of Non-governmental Higher Vocational Education in Beijing

近年来,北京民办高等职业教育在规模、制度及教育质量等方面都获得了较大发展。但在其发展过程中还存在政策落实不够、办学经费紧张、缺乏办学特色、办学条件及内部管理体制不良等问题。为此,在未来发展中,北京民办高等教育应在以下几方面加强努力：尽快落实相关制度;多渠道解决经费紧张问题;追求办学特色;完善办学条件和内部管理机制。

In recent years, non-governmental higher vocational education in Beijing has achieved huge development in the aspects of scale, system and educational quality, but it also confront with some prob- lems including policy implementation isn＇t enough, school-running outlay is insufficient, school-running characteristics is short and school-running conditions and management system are not effective. Therefore, in future development, non-governmental higher vocational education in Beijing should make efforts in the following aspects： carrying out relative system, raising school-running capital from various approaches; pursuing school-running characteristics; optimizing school-running conditions and inside management mechanism.
