随着旅游业的进一步发展,旅游行业对旅游人才的综合素质提出了更高更新的要求。本文结合旅游管理本科专业人才培养目标,以《饭店管理原理》为例,探讨了探究式、自主式学习、案例教学、角色摸拟、管理游戏等教学方法在教学中运用。

With the development of tourism industry, tourism industry has higher requirement for tourism talents of comprehensive quality. Based on talent cultivation objective of undergraduate of tourism management, taking Hotel Management Principle as an example, this paper analyzes the application of the teaching methods to teaching such as exploratory and .self-contained learning mode, case teaching, role simulation, managerial games and so on.
