我国物业管理行业随着住房制度改革而迅速崛起,由于物业管理涉及面广,涉及对象众多,存在不少问题,限制了行业的健康快速发展。文章较全面的分析了我国物业管理发展中存在的突出问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

China＇s property management industry has rapidly risen with the housing system reform. However, the property management involves many areas, covering many targets, so there are still many problems limiting its healthy and rapid development. The article makes a comprehensive analysis of the outstanding problems in China＇s property management development and proposes appropriate measures.
