解放思想 创新模式 构建高校文献信息资源区域性共享体系——以重庆为例

Emancipating the mind and innovating models to construct regional shared system of literature information resources in colleges and universities——Taking Chongqing as an example

随着解放思想的不断深入,随着高校办学水平的提高和办学规模的扩大,高校图书馆馆建设取得新成效,但普遍存在着资源相对封闭和社会效益低下的问题,各高校之间缺少文献信息资源共享的有效途径和沟通平台;同时,高校文献信息资源的共享模式有待进一步探索。本文认为,高校文献信息资源建设工作要继续解放思想,大胆探索,从服务大教育、关注全社会着眼,打造高校之间文献信息资源交流的新平台,创新高校文献信息资源共建共享的新模式,为学术和文化繁荣做出新贡献。

With the continuous deepening of emancipating the mind, with the improvement of the abilities to run colleges and the expansion of college scales, great progress has been made in library construction in colleges and universities. However, the resources are relatively closed and social benefit is comparatively low. Besides, universities and colleges lack effective ways and communication platforms to share each other＇s literature information resources. Simultaneously, the mode for sharing each other＇s literature information resources needs further researches. The author holds that the departments concerned should continue emancipating the mind, bravely explore the ways, serve education, pay close attention to whole society, construct new platform for exchanging literature information between colleges and universities, innovate the new modes for establishing and sharing these resources and make new contributions to academic and cultural prosperity in the work of constructing literature resources.
