摘要
采用等离子喷涂法制备了Al2O3涂层,研究了相结构对CO2连续激光反射率的影响。结果表明,Al2O3涂层中的主相为γ-Al2O3,涂层对CO2连续激光的反射率为23.65%±0.80%。γ-Al2O3的激光反射率高于α-Al2O3,主要原因是α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3的晶体结构不同,在与激光相互作用时,由于γ-Al2O3存在电子轨道交叠,电子带间跃迁能力较强,提高了其对CO2连续激光的反射率。等离子喷涂Al2O3涂层在激光辐照过程中存在γ-Al2O3到α-Al2O3的相变,使得涂层的反射率下降。
The relationship between CO2-CW-laser reflectivity of plasma sprayed Al2O3 coatings and the coatings phase structure has been studied. The main phase of Al2O3 coatings is γ-Al2O3. The CO2-CW-laser reflectivity of the Al2O3 coatings is 23.65±0. 80M. The reflectivity of the γ-Al2O3 is higher than that of α- Al2O3. The reason of it is that α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 have different crystal structure. When the laser irradiates on the α-Al2O3 and γ- Al2O3, electron inter-band transition occurs easier in the γ-Al2O3 than that in α-Al2O3 because of the overlap of electron orbits. Phase transformation from γ-Al2O3 to α-Al2O3 exists in the damaged coatings by laser irradiating. The transformation in the coatings makes the coatings reflectivity reduce.
