摘要
视力残疾大学生融入全纳教育课堂,在学习中尚存在许多障碍,要解决这些障碍,就需要从事全纳教育的教师具备一定素质,树立全纳意识,把残疾学生学习障碍减少到最低,促使每个学生获得成功。本文在说明全纳教育理念的基础上,论述教师在视力残疾大学生全纳教育课堂教学中应具备的素质。
There are many obstacles in studying when the students with visual disability are integrated into inclusive education.In order to solve this problem,teachers for inclusive education should establish inclusive consciousness,decrease the learning disability of disabled students.On the basis of inclusive educational concept,this paper discusses the teachers qualities of classroom teaching for inclusive education of students with visual disability.
