As an important part of the library, the cataloging of foreign languages books still has some problems, such as the shortage of professionals who grasp foreign languages, no enough materials and tools, the system of cataloging not being perfect enough and so on. To improve the cataloging of foreign languages books, we must take effective measures to settle all these problems above.
