摘要
介绍了一种以ARM9+MCX314为控制核心的雕刻机控制系统,对雕刻机控制系统的软硬件进行了设计,对嵌入式WinCE系统在32位ARM9控制器S3C2410上的移植及流驱动程序的编制进行了分析。通过对交流伺服系统的精确控制,实现高精度、高效率地雕刻加工;同时,软硬件采用模块化设计,极大地方便了系统的维护和升级。
This paper presents the design of a numerical control engraving machine system which uses ARM9+MCX314 as its control core as well as the design of its software and hardware, and embedded WinCE system ported on the 32 bit ARM9 controller S3C2410 of SAMSUNG with coding of stream interface is also analyzed. By controlling the AC servo system precisely, this system engraves with high precision and high efficiency,at the same time modularized design of software and hardware makes the maintenance and upgrading more convenient.
