摘要
本文旨在从政策、理论和实践三个层面阐释"新课程改革"的合法性、合理性与可行性问题,从而揭示其本体结构、认知框架与改进思路。具体内容涉及"新课程改革"的历史背景、核心思想、一线探索、实际成效、文化重构、评价机制、社会舆论等七个阶段性、反思性问题。这七个问题及其解答逻辑相辅相成,具有内在关联性,不仅直接构成"新课程改革"的本体结构和认知框架,而且可以比较宏观地呈现其改进策略和发展方向。
The article attempts to analyze and demonstrate the legality, rationality and feasibility of New Curriculum Reform in political, theoretical and practical aspects. Exactly, this article refers to the historical background, core ideals, practical quest, actual effectiveness, cultural reconstruction, evaluative mechanism and public opinions of New Curriculum Reform. The seven problems are closely related and reveal the basic structure, cognitive framework and revising strategy of the reform.
