摘要 设计了一种运用于MOPA(master optical parameter amplifier)系统的半导体激光种子源。研制了高速大电流驱动模块和任意波形发生器,实验采用1.064μm QW-DFB的大功率半导体激光器,得到了脉冲光功率优于200 mW,脉冲宽度1.5 ns^1μs和重复频率1 kHz^1 MHz可调的半导体激光脉冲种子源。 A semiconductor seed laser was designed for master optical parameter amplifier (MOPA). A high-speed high-current driving module and an arbitrary waveform generator were developed. A semiconductor pulse seed laser, whose peak power is more than 200 roW, pulse width is from 1. 5 ns to 1 μs, and pulse frequency is adjustable from 1 kHz to 1 MHz, was obtained by using a 1. 064 μm QW-DFB high-power diode laser.
