摘要 为了获得1 064 nm,1 319 nm,589 nm及660 nm 4波长激光同时输出,设计了双激光晶体同步声光调Q"T"型复合谐振腔。通过软件模拟与计算,筛选出理想的谐振腔参数,使2波长基频光在大泵浦电流范围内能稳定运转。以KTP晶体和LBO晶体为和频晶体和倍频晶体,在泵浦电流为17 A,重复频率为10 kHz时,获得了1 064 nm,1 319 nm,589 nm和660 nm 4波长激光输出,最高平均功率分别为150 mW,80 mW,2.3 W和1.7 W,同时测得589 nm激光和660 nm激光的脉冲宽度分别为110 ns和130 ns。结果表明:使用热稳"T"型复合腔,可以获得4波长激光同时稳定输出。 In order to obtain the four-wavelength laser of 1 064 nm, 1 319 nm, 589 am and 660 nm simultaneously, two-rod "T" -shaped composite cavity was designed. By simulation and calculation, perfect resonator parameters were chosen to make two fundamental lasers operate stably in large range of pumping current. Taking KTP and LBO crystals as sum-frequency and SHG crystals respectively, when the pumping current is 17 A and the repetition rate is 10 kHz, the highest average power of 1 064 nm, 1 319 nm, 589 nm and 660 nm is 150 mW, 80 mW, 2.3 W and 1.7 W respectively, and the pulse widths of 589 nm and 660 nm laser are 110 ns and 130 ns. The result shows that the four-wavelength laser output could be simultaneously obtained by a thermo-stable "T" -shaped composite cavity.
