摘要 含ω-3脂肪酸的鱼油脂肪乳(肠外营养剂)用于危重症病人,能够减少机械通气的使用,显著降低死亡率,减少抗生素用量,明显缩短住院时间。鱼油中含有的ω-3脂肪酸具有减轻炎症反应和调节免疫功能的作用,短期输注高剂量鱼油脂肪乳,可以迅速影响免疫功能并减轻内毒素介导的应激反应。本文综述了鱼油脂肪乳用于重症监护病人的肠外营养治疗的最新进展。 Use of fish oil lipid emulsions, which are rich in ω - 3 lipids, in critical ill patients may exert an effect to reduce ventilation time, mortality, antibiotic demand, and length of stay. ω - 3 Fatty acid contained in fish oil has beneficial properties of reduction of inflammatory reaction and immunological modulation. Using a high - dose short - term infusion of fish oil lipid emulsion, rapid immunologic changes and effects on the endotoxin -induced stress response may be achieved. This review discussed the current advances in parenteral administration of fish oil lipid emulsion in the intensive care patients.
