摘要
以石灰石为原料,采用湿化学方法添加ZrO2,气相扩散方法掺入Cr2O3,水蒸汽消化轻烧氧化钙和消除烧成过程中产生的裂纹等技术,获得了CaO含量>98%,体积密度为3.25g/cm3,抗压强度>150MPa,大气存放60天水化增重率<1%的抗水化高纯氧化钙材料。
Using calcite as raw material,adding ZrO 2 by wet chemical method,dropping Cr 2O 3 by vapor diffusion method,hydrating light calcined calciun oxide by aqueous vapor and eliminating the crack formed during sintering,the high purity hydration resistance calcium oxide refractory was developed with CaO content of>98%,bulk density of 3.25g/cm 3, cold compressive strength of>150MPa and increase in weight of<1% due to hydration in atmosphere for 60 days.
