摘要
本研究在建立链脲霉素(strentozotin,STZ)诱导的大鼠糖尿病模型的基础上,对其血清中的NO及某些细胞因子水平的变化进行了动态观察。结果显示,经2~3次55mg/kgSTZ尾静脉注射后,糖尿病模型的诱导率达46%,大鼠血清中的NO水平随诱模时间的延长逐渐升高,诱模后一个月达高峰。血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量的变化亦呈现相似结果,且NO虽与TNF水平呈正相关,而对照大鼠血清NO及TNF含量均无明显改变。提示,NO和TNF可能作为不同的炎症分子在糖尿病形成过程中起着相似的作用。
In this paper, we detected the amount of nitric oxide (NO) and the level of some cytokinesin serum of STZ-induced diabetic rats. The results showed that the level of serum NO was graduallyincreased after STZ was injected; and one month later, it reached to the top. Besides, the TNF inserum of STZ-induced diabetic rats seemed to have the similar results; and there was a significantrelation between the level of TNF and the amount of NO. We conclude that the two molecules may bethe different inflammatory factors, but they play a similar role in diabetes.
