Fast Purification of Human Recombinant Interleukin-8

报道一种快速人重组IL-8纯化方法，大肠杆菌表达的IL-8包涵体经尿素变性后，直接用DEAE柱和SephadexG50柱纯化。纯化的hIL-8经FPLC鉴定，纯度达90%以上。该法为实验室快速、简便纯hIL-8提供了新的技术路线。

The paper reports a test purification method of human recombiant interleukin-8 (hIL-8). hIL-8was purified by denaturation of urea and DEAE column and Sephadwx G50 column. Dialysis was notnpcessary for purification. The purity of purified hIL-8 identified by FPLC was more than 90%. Thisnlethod has characters of simplicity, fastness and higher purity.
