中国西部农村初级中学教育生产函数的实证研究 被引量:29

摘要 教育生产函数研究一直是国外教育经济学研究的重要内容,它对于各国教育政策的制定与学校管理的实践产生了重要的影响。结合我国西部5省区农村初级中学的较大样本的调查数据,采用两水平线性模型,分析了不同层面投入对产出的影响。基于西部农村初级中学资源配置与学生个体成绩关系模型的实证研究结果,应重视人力资源配置,聘请具有任职资格的教师在农村中学任教,逐步缩小农村地区贫富差距,重视家庭教育,提高物力资源的使用效率,提高公用经费在事业费中的比重。 The educational production function research always has been the overseas economics of education research important content which has exerted important influence on the formulation of educational policies and the practice of school management in various countries. Referring to the survey data of major samples of rural junior middle schools in 5 provinces in western China, adopting two -level linear model, we analyzed the influence of educational input at different levels on the output. Based on the empirical research results of the model of relationship between rural junior middle school resource allocation and student individual performance in western areas, we should attach great importance to human resources allocation, recruit qualified teachers, reduce the income gap in rural area and as well as improve the utility efficiency of the material and financial resources.
