Discussion on the Public University Efficiency of the Governance System Foundation and Its Reconstruction in China

高校治理制度是规范高校各利益主体经济行为的一系列制度安排,具体包括委托人制度安排、委托———代理制度安排和代理人制度安排。首先,本文理论阐释了治理制度与高校效率的关系,指出三个方面的治理制度安排共同作用并影响高校效率水平的高低。然后,具体从委托人制度安排、委托-代理制度安排和代理人制度安排三个方面分析了治理制度对我国高校效率的作用机理。最后,提出了重构我国高校治理制度安排的有关对策。

The university governance is a series of systems including the principal arrangement, principal - agency arrangement and agency arrangement that stipulate behavior of each benefits corpus. Firstly, the article explains theoretically that university governance system is an important factor to affect its efficiency. Then analyses concretely the mechanism between the university efficiency and the three university governance system arrangements. Finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the reconstruction of institution.
