摘要
目的利用工程学方法形象客观地模拟人体各种脉象。方法构建了一个符合人体构造的运动的流体模型,在此基础上开发了一套针对中医诊断教学的模拟系统——中医脉象发生仪。该系统将中医学与仿生学、机械学、传感技术及计算机技术等工程学方法结合起来。结果它成功模拟了人体常见的26种脉象,体现了各种脉象的指下特征,适用于课堂教学、教学测试和科学研究等方面。结论借助于这种模型,研究人员可以深入进行血液流变学、脉诊学、脉象特征提取等方面的研究。
Objective To simulate the human pulse patterns expressively and objectively by using engineering technique. Methods The engineering techniques were introduced in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) teaching. And the machine was introduced to the TCM pulse-taking teaching and testing. The TCM ,bionics,mechanics, sensor and computer technology were integrated in developing the machine. Results The machine could successfully simulate the common 26 types of human pulse. The machine indicated the main character of pulse,and could be applied for class teaching,testing and science researching. Conclusion The scientific researcher can use this model for some deeply research in hemorheology,pulse-taking,and standardization of pulse typing.
