摘要
目的:观察不同调节下正视眼像差的变化及其变化分布情况。方法:采用客观型光线描计波前检测仪检测不同调节状态下25例46眼全眼及眼内的波前像差,以调制传递函数比较视网膜成像质量优劣。结果:在调节幅度较大情况下,正视眼全眼及眼内的全部和高阶波前像差RMS值变化具有统计学意义,且与低幅调节比较,变化量差异有统计学意义;Zernike像差值中第7,8,12,13项在调节变化时也发生变化;超过70%眼视网膜成像质量随之下降。结论:调节可以引起正视眼全眼和眼内像差的变化。调节幅度较大时,像差出现的显著变化可以造成视网膜成像质量的下降。
AIM: To investigate the change and its distribution of the wavefront aberrations (WA) in emmetropia with accommodation.
METHODS: The wavefront of 46 emmetropic eyes (25 subjects) were measured with a Tracey iTrace Visual Function Analyzer system in the different states of accommodation with a pupil diameter of 3 mm, and were recorded in the from of Zernike coefficients and root mean square (RMS). The quality of retina imaging was shown in the way of modulation transfer function (MTF).
RESULTS: With great changing amplitude of refractive power, both of the total WA of the whole eyes and the internal eyes' total WA increased in different degree, and there was a significant difference. In the same way, Z7 (Horizontal coma) and Z13 (secondary astigmatism) increased, Z8 ( Vertical coma ) and Z12 ( spherical aberration) decreased, while the quality of more than 70% eyes' retina imaging turned out worse.
CONCLUSION: The change of the accommodation's states causes the change of emmetropic eye's wavefront in the way that roots in the lens. With great accommodation, the significant change of WA will causes a decline of the quality of retina imaging, which may be a cause of myopia.
