角膜热烧伤是平时和战时常见的眼外伤,由于角膜损伤大多较为严重,治疗较为棘手,若治疗不当,预后不良。近年研究表明,药物治疗的优势体现于角膜深层结构受损前,手术治疗的优势则体现于角膜即将穿孔和穿孔后。本文拟就本病近年药物治疗和手术治疗的有关研究进展进行综述。
