真菌性眼内炎44例的致病菌分析

Analysis of pathogenic bacteria of fungal endophthalmitis in 44 cases

目的:分析真菌性眼内炎病原菌种类。方法:对明确诊断的44例真菌性眼内炎患者的致病菌和其治疗及转归进行总结分析。结果:涂片及培养均为阳性27例,仅涂片阳性17例。致病菌以烟曲霉菌及酵母样真菌为主,合并细菌感染3例,两种真菌并存1例。行玻璃体切割术27例,术后病情好转或稳定18例。结论:真菌性眼内炎致病菌以烟曲霉菌及酵母样真菌为主,烟曲霉菌愈后差,酵母样真菌愈后好,玻璃体切割治疗有效。

AIM： To analyze the types of pathogenic bacteria in fungal endophthalmitis METHODS. The types of pathogenic bacteria of 44 cases （46 eyes） that were definitely diagnosed by fungal endophthalmitis were summarized, and the treatments and results were analyzed. RESULTS： Of them, the smear and culture in 27 cases were positive, and the smear in 17 cases was positive. The main pathogenic bacteria were Aspergillus fumigatus and yeast-like fungi. Three cases were complicated with bacterial infection and one case with two kinds of fungi. Vitrectomy was preformed on 27 cases, in which, 18 cases were improved or stable after operation. CONCLUSION ： The main pathogenic bacteria of fungal endophthalmitis were Aspergillus fumigatus and yeast-like fungi. Patients infected by yeast-like fungi will get better prognosis than by Aspergillus fumigatus. Vitrectomy is an effective operation method.
