摘要
目的:探讨复发性翼状胬肉的治疗方法。方法:对42例(45眼)复发性翼状胬肉先行激素点眼及用含950mL/L酒精的小棉片贴敷后手术切除。术中加用丝裂霉素C并行角膜缘干细胞移植,对有睑球粘连患者加用羊膜覆盖。结果:所有患者随访6～12mo,均恢复良好,无复发。结论:对复发性翼状胬肉应根据病情进行综合分析与治疗。
AIM： To probe into the therapy of recurrent pterygium.
METHODS： In the 42 cases （45 eyes）, we infiltrated pterygiums with 950mL/L alcohol, then resected the pterygium, after that, applied Mitomycin-C and trans-planted stem cells of the corneal rim. For patients with symblepharon , amniotic membrane transplantation was performed.
RESULTS： All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. No recurrence was found.
CONCLUSION ： The comprehensive analysis and therapy is an effective way for recurrent pterygium.
