摘要
主要研究YT合金真空烧结前压坯中氧含量与游离碳含量的比值(以下简称O/C游比)对合金抗弯强度、硬度和切削系数的影响,也研究了不同O/C游比压坯在1250℃于真空下保温90min制品化合碳含量的变化及其对合金抗弯强度、硬度和切削系数的影响。结果表明,随烧结前压坯中O/C游比的增加,合金的化合碳减少,强度下降,硬度和切削系数增加,出现脱碳现象。最佳O/C游比为1. 1~1. 5。还介绍了控制O/C游比的方法和配料计算方法。
The influence of the ratio between oxygen contents and free carbon contents(O/C_(free) ratio for short)in YT hard metal compacts before vacuum sintering and also the influence of compound carbon content in products by vacuum sintering compacts with different O/C(free) ratio at 1250 C for 90 min on the bending strength, hardness and cutting coefficient of YT hard metal are studied in present paper.The results have demonstrated that the carbon contents and strength decrease and the hardness and cutting coefficients increase with the increase of O/C_(fee) ratio in compact before sintering. The above results reflect on a decarbonization reaction which has happened during sintering.The optimal O/C_(free) ratio is 1.1~1.5.The method for controlling O/C_(free) ratio and for calculating composition are also explained.
