“Z”形超薄皮瓣转瓣法手术治疗腋臭58例临床效果分析

The Clinical Efficacy of Transposition of the Ultra-thin "Z"-Skin Flap in the Treatment of Axillary Osmidrosis in 58 Patients

目的：探讨“Z”形超薄皮瓣转瓣法手术治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法：采取沿腋窝长轴线设计的“Z”形超薄皮瓣转瓣法手术治疗58例腋臭患者（女性39例,男性19例）。结果：58例患者均手术顺利,术后无血肿形成、感染、皮瓣坏死。所有病例均经随访,随访时间为8～24个月,其中50例（86%）治愈,5例（9%）显效,3例（5%）有效,无效为0;未见明显瘢痕增生和上肢活动受限,外观理想。结论：“Z”形超薄皮瓣转瓣法治疗腋臭,手术操作简单,时间短,损伤小,治疗效果确切,对于腋窝外观几乎没有影响,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of transposition of the ultra-thin ＂Z＂skin flap in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods：Fifty-eight patients（39 female,19 male）with axillary osmidrosis underwent transposition of the ultra-thin＂Z＂skin flap basing the axillary long axis.Results：The procedure for every patient was successful,there were no hematoma and infection and no skin flap necrosis.All patients were followed up for 8～24 months,50 of these cases were cured completely（86%）,5 of them had much improved（9%）,3 of these cases had little improvement（5%）,and none was invalid.In all patients,there was no cicatricial contracture and had good appearance.Conclusion：Transposition of the ultra-thin ＂Z＂skin flap in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis was a simple and safe method,and was without any influence on axillary appearance.
