儿童不完全川崎病34例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 34 Cases of Incomplete Kawasaki Disease in Children

目的：探讨儿童不完全川崎病的早期诊断和治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析1997年1月-2007年1月,34例临床表现未达川崎病全部诊断标准的住院患儿的临床资料。结果：34例患儿发热均超过5天,在川崎病其他5项临床诊断特征中,仅具有3项者20例（58.8%）,仅具有2项者14例（41.2%）。初次诊断误诊10例（29.4%）,经静脉滴注丙种球蛋白和阿司匹林治疗,均获治愈或好转。结论：不完全川崎病早期易误诊,尽早诊断、正确治疗可获得满意的结果。

Objective：For early diagnoses and treatment of incomplete Kawasaki disease,the clinical features of incomplete Kawasaki were analyzed.Methods：Clinical data of 34 cases of incomplete Kawasaki disease in children from Janurary 1997 to Janurary 2007 were studies.Results：Patients of fever persisting at least 5 days is 34;20patients（58.8%）presented 3 of 5 other principal features（exanthema,bulbar conjunctival injection,erythema,cracking of lips,erythema and lymph nodes edema）;14 patients（41.2%）prestnt only 2 of 5 other principal features.10 patients（29.4%）were misdiagnosis in early stage.Conclusion：Incomplete Kawasaki disease usually misdiagnosis in early stage,early diagnoses and optimal treatment may improve its prognosis.
