慢性咳嗽患者的食物不耐受检测

摘要 目的:探讨慢性咳嗽患者的食物不耐受情况,对疾病的诊治与预防提供依据。方法:选取门诊慢性咳嗽患者92例,女40例,男52例,年龄30-62岁,平均年龄46岁;正常对照72例,女34例,男38例,年龄32-61岁,平均年龄46.5岁,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测血清中14种食物过敏原Ⅰg G浓度并加以比较。结果:患者组食物过敏原特异性Ⅰg G抗体浓度明显高于对照组,排列在前几位的分别是虾(50%)、蟹(45.7%)、鸡蛋(41.3%)、牛奶(34.8%)。结论:忌食不耐受食物后,患者症状明显好转,说明食物过敏原特异性Ⅰg G抗体测定有助于及早发现慢性咳嗽患者的病因,为诊治和预防提供依据。 Objective:Evalute the food intolerance of the patient with chronic cough in order to provide the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:Ninety-two patients with chronic cough in were randomly selected which included 40 female and 52 male examples,age 30~62 year,average age was 46 years old;72 cases were included as controls which included 34 female and 38 male examples,age 32~61 year,average age was 46.5 years old,The food specific IgG was measured by enzyme unite immunity adsorption law(ELISA).The serum concentration of 14 kinds of food allergen IgG were observed and compared between the study group and the control group.Results:The food specific IgG for the patient was significantly higher than the normal subjects.The positive rates for the patients were:shrimp(50%),crab(45.7%),egg(41.3%),milk(34.8%).Conclusion:The symptom of the patient with chronic cough were obviously improved by avoiding the intolerance food,so it suggests the determination of food allergen IgG would be helpful to discover the cause of chronic cough disease and offer basis for diagnosis and treatment and prevention as well.
