力月西在机械通气中的应用

The Application of Midazolam Injection on the Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

目的:观察力月西在重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者中镇静效果及作用。方法:收集住ICU机械通气需采用力月西镇静治疗42例患者,观察镇静效果及动态监测给药前、后呼吸、循环参数的变化,并与治疗前进行比较。结果:力月西镇静治疗后,少数患者刚开始血压有所下降但很快恢复正常,所有患者心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、氧分压、氧合指数明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:力月西在机械通气患者中根据患者情况调整给药速度和量及时间,是机械通气患者较理想的镇静剂。

Objective：To observe the sedative efficacy of Midazolam injection on the patients with mechanical ventilation in Intensive Care Unit（ICU）.Methods：Forty-two patients undergoing mechanical ventilation with the sedative of Midazolam injection were enrolled in ICU.The sedative efficacy and change of respiratory,circulate parameter before and after medication were observed,compared to respiratory,circulate parameter before and after Sedation.Results：The few patients undergoing mechanical ventilation were administered with Midazolam injection,blood initially little decreased but swift recovered normalization.Heart rate,respiratory rate,pulse oxygen saturation,partial pressure of oxygen and PaO2/FiO2 were signicantly improved（P〈0.05）in all patients.Conclusion：Midazolam injection was adjusted medicated speed,amount and time according to state of the patients with mechanical ventilation,it was a relatively ideal Sedative.
