摘要
目的:探讨各种排卵监测方法的准确性及实用性。方法:回顾分析了80个周期的排卵监测资料。结果:B超是诊断排卵的金标准,尤其在诊断LUFS及指导临床用药方面价值较大;尿LH试纸及宫颈黏液评分方便实用,但要注意所得数值变化的幅度较绝对值意义更大;BBT升高仅是对排卵的回顾性诊断。结论:临床上应根据客观需要及个体特点选择最合适的监测排卵方法,必要时综合应用。
Objective：To study the accuracy and practicability of the methods of detecting ovulation.Methods：Eighty cycles data of detecting ovulation was analyzed retrospectively.Results：B-ultrasonography is the gold standard of diagnosing ovulation.It is especially important in diagnoses of LUFS and guidance of medicine use in clinical practice;Urinary LH test paper and insler score are both convenience and useful,but we should pay more attention to the amplitude than the absolute value of the data;The rise of BBT is only a method of diagnosing ovulation retrospectively.Conclusion：It was suggested that we should choose the suitable methods of detecting ovulation according as the clinical need and individual specialty or combine the methods if necessary.
