摘要经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术（transjugular intra hepatic portasystemic shunt,TIPSS）是一项治疗门静脉高压症的新技术,它是通过介入放射学的方法,在肝内建立一条连接门静脉与肝静脉的限制性分流通道,从而达到有效降低门静脉压力的目的。我室于2006.5-2007.3对36例肝硬化门脉高压患者进行了TIPSS治疗,收到良好效果。
